Neve has practiced yoga since 2003. After several car accidents in college, it became obvious the asana(postures) practice was a way to relieve pain and self-heal. Inspired by this, she received her RYT 200 teaching certificate in hatha alignment-based yoga with an Anusara influence in 2012. Neve consistently studies eastern spirituality as well as many forms of embodied movement. Neve has additional training in Ayurveda, Tantra and Bhakti. After 1000 hours of teaching she became a certified E-RYT and participated as a teacher with Bhav Brigade in southeastern Virginia. Neve enjoys guiding participants along the yogic path of self-discovery. Her passion for feminine movement and flow is sprinkled throughout her classes which tend to be playful with an element of reverence for the Divine.
- Amber
- Amber is an intuitive, trauma informed RYT500. She offers guidance through the body and mind while connecting you back to the breath. Finding comfort in the body and breath is something Amber has a deep love for and wants to share with the world. Through her own struggles on her journey Amber has discovered beauty in the mundane, magic in the breath and freedom in the movement. Join her on her journey, creating community, growing in tandem with one another. Her passion is to spread universal love and light, to guide those she encounters to a place inside where their worries seem to fade and to share divine guidance she receives to those who are ready to download the messages with her.Class Description: Suitable for all levels, Gentle Flow with Amber is a mindful trauma informed class that will leave you with a sense of calm and rejuvenation. Finding a beautiful middle ground between yin and vinyasa, Gentle Flow includes breath work and slow mindful movement through flow and restorative poses. Props and modifications are offered to allow students to access poses with integrity and ease in a way that feels safe and secure. This class is slow, meditative and about showing up for yourself and honoring your body. Take an hour to give yourself the love and nurturing we all deserve. Gentle Flow is a lovely option for beginners, those with physical limitations, or more experienced students looking for a space to slow down and go inward.
- Elaina
- Elaina is a Tucson, Arizona native who loves the desert. She started her first journey into wellness when she started taking yoga classes after high school. She has been practicing Yoga for 11 years and teaching for 2. She solo traveled to Rishikesh, India in 2018 to complete her 200-hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training. She has completed YoFlow training at Yoga Oasis and a 60-hour Yin Teacher training at Session Yoga in Tucson, Arizona. She is currently doing her 300-hour teacher training at Yoga Oasis. Her style of teaching comes from her favorite quote “We do not use the body to get into a pose – we use the pose to get into our body.” -Bernie Clarke. She enjoys teaching and offering a space for students to Come As They Are. She loves creating community and bringing people together and loves doing that through yoga and movement. When she is not teaching she enjoys walks, sunsets, and spending time with her son and Partner and their furbabies.Class Description: To have Balance we need both Yin and Yang. In this creative and relaxing class, we will work on the Yin (calm) part of practice to come into the body and focus on conscious breathing and finding your edge through Yin postures. Once we move through our Gentle Yin Practice we will focus on the Yang (fast) the fire aspect of practice to warm up the body and our soul by moving through different flows. The class will end with a guided meditation and listening to the beautiful vibrations and frequencies of crystal sound bowls.

- Ja is an artist, student of Yoga and working professional. In 2021, Ja attended a Yoga session facilitated by Pir Adi Chaitanyanath, also known as Damien Douglas Jr., and swiftly began their devotional pursuit for truth and peace. Ja earned their YTT 200 certification from the Sri Sri School of Yoga in early 2022 and has facilitated youth and small adult group Yoga sessions. Ja’s vision is to bring joy and stillness into every room they are welcomed into and to nourish connections that reunite people with themselves and ultimately, each other and the Divine.Class Description: Mantra with Ja is a rejuvenating, healing and transformational Hatha Yoga class. We will recite mantras and affirmations to build our mind’s resiliency to negative thought patterns as well as strengthen our physical bodies. Be prepared to release and let your light shine!

- Lily is passionate about relationality. The way we relate to ourselves, one another, and the world is an essential part of who we are. Lily began her yoga practice when she was a teenager longing to find greater connection to her body. In Sedona in 2018, Lily received her 200RYT. Today, her classes weave together invitations of becoming more curious of our relationship to our bodies as well as expanding how we are connecting to ourselves on and off the mat. Exploring relationality can be felt in Lily’s teachings and in her relationship practices out of the studio. Together we get the opportunity to create the world we want through allowing ourselves to be touched by the world, ourselves, and one another.Teaches: Bhakti Flow – Tuesdays @ 11am-12pmClass Description: Bhakti flow is a yoga class designed for devotion. Each class begins with a meditation to bring into awareness where we choose to place our devotion today. As we flow into asana, we continue to hold this devotion in our awareness as we flow, breathe, and move our energy bodies. This class will explore some traditional asana shapes while incorporating movement in and through longer holds. Come root your devotion into your body and energy field.

- Lisa is a 200-hour certified yoga instructor and has been a student of yoga for over 20 years, as well as being extensively trained in dance. She specializes in vinyasa yoga and dance yoga. Lisa is dedicated to making yoga available for everyone. Her goal is to provide a safe and welcoming space and to create a meaningful experience through asana, mantra, and meditation. Lisa believes life is meant to be lived with an open mind and an open heart.
