Massage at Movement Culture

“I am honored and grateful for the opportunity to work alongside you. The benefits of massage in my life have been vast. Being introduced to therapeutic massage at 16 helped me with mental illness, managing my own physical pain and regulating the day-to-day stressors throughout my life. I graduated from massage therapy training in Albuquerque, New Mexico at UTMI in 2006. Working primarily out of chiropractor’s offices, day spas and private practice has given me a variety of opportunities for growth within my modalities. There is always more to learn when being a therapeutic facilitator, and I continue to learn more with each session.  I will do my best to hold space for you and tailor your message to your current needs.”

My Promise

I value my clients and want to provide therapeutic massage and bodywork for the enhancement of health and well-being. My hope is for anyone who is in treatment with me will feel safe, respected, allowing them to be able to self-realize all that their body can do for them. My success is built on trust, expertise, professionalism, and a personal touch that puts the health and well-being of each individual’s needs first.

  • Be sure to be well hydrated the day prior and the day of your massage
  • Try to arrange your schedule so that after your session you can recoup and relax.
  • To avoid dehydration stay away from sugar (artificial sweeteners included), alcohol and caffeine. Pure H20 is best; you may put in fresh lemon, lime juice or herbal tea for flavor.
  • Always communicate with your therapist. Every bodies Different.
  • During your massage talking, sleeping and snoring is absolutely ok, remember this is your time, Relax.
